Erich Labuda

Erich Labuda serves as President of the ABB Motion Services division, within the Motion business area. He joined ABB in 2011 as part of the executive trainee program in Switzerland and has held leadership positions in the field of strategy and business development. In 2013 he joined the ABB Group Corporate Strategy team, followed by his appointment as Head of Business Development for Business Unit Drives. In 2019 he becomes the Head of Strategy, Business Development and Marketing of the Motion business. Mr. Labuda graduated from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and holds a diploma in business administration and mechanical engineering. He is a German and Swiss citizen and is currently based in Zurich, Switzerland.
