Randy Haug

Randy Haug is the Senior Vice President of Technology & ITSM at CAAT Pension Plan. In his current role, he is entrusted with continuously improving CAAT's Digital Transformation, Technology Infrastructure, Core Business Systems, Cyber Security, Data Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Project Management Office. His extensive background spans various industries, including Pension Administration, IT Managed Services, Financial Services, and Telecommunications, with a focus on Strategic Planning and Strategy Execution. Randy recently completed the CTO Executive Education program with the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at Wharton University, and he is an ITIL-certified practitioner and a Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM).
