Construction is underway at the CTPark Blatnice, where CTP is building a state-of-the-art distribution centre for Redcare Pharmacy, Europe's top e-pharmacy.

The new facility, encompassing over 30,000 sqm, is set to be complete by July 2025. CTP is Europe's largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area.

Construction with sustainability at its core

At CTPark Blatnice, sustainability is not just a buzzword but a fundamental principle guiding the construction of the new facility.

The development is tailored to meet the stringent standards set by the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL). With an emphasis on renewable energy, the plan includes installing rooftop photovoltaic panels and integrating electric vehicle charging stations. Additional green initiatives feature rainwater retention and reuse systems alongside biodiversity measures, such as establishing pools and habitats for local fauna.

The strategic location on the D5 motorway enhances the facility’s logistics capabilities, situated only 17 km away from Pilsen and a mere 7 km from the Nýřany container terminal.

With a current area of 58,600 sqm and a planned expansion of 20,748 sqm, CTPark Blatnice is poised to attract a skilled workforce, bolstered by its proximity to technical universities and excellent transport connections.
