Co-located with elementalLONDON, the event brings 25,000+ professionals across architecture, construction, engineering and sustainability

The London Build construction event takes place on 25–26 November at Excel London, co-located with elementalLONDON. The event brings together a wide range of professionals from across the built environment and offers opportunities for learning, networking and industry engagement. Over the two days, the event is expected to attract more than 45,000 registered visitors, including contractors, architects, civil engineers, developers, local councils, house builders and other construction professionals. The programme features over 900 speakers across 17 CPD conference stages, covering topics such as skyscrapers and tall buildings, AI and digital, fire safety, sustainability, and diversity and inclusion. Attendees can access more than 220 hours of CPD training and education.

The event also includes a festival-style element, with live performances, entertainment and informal networking opportunities. Features such as Meet the Buyers will provide the chance to connect with procurement teams from contractors including Laing O’Rourke, Costain, Skanska, Balfour Beatty and HS2. An Architect’s Hub will showcase project displays and 3D models from UK-based practices, while a Government Hub will highlight projects and tender opportunities from local and international agencies.

Additional networking events will be held in partnership with industry bodies, including sessions focused on Women in Construction and Diversity in Construction. An Ambassador Programme supports a range of initiatives across the sector, including sustainability, mental health, digital construction, fire safety, young professionals and mentoring.

More than 650 exhibitors are set to present products, services and innovations relevant to the construction industry, contributing to the event’s role as a meeting point for professionals across the sector.
