The May edition of Construction Global is live!

Take a look at this month’s Construction Global magazine, which is now live! In this month’s edition, we feature a large number of companies who are undergoing significant transformation and building stunning projects which will provide long-term benefits. Dubai Parks and Resorts, Miller Electric, Direct Line and Telia Finland are featured, and many more.

We have spoken with IKEA’s Sustainability Expansion Manager Hege Saebjorsen regarding the company’s new sustainable store in Sheffield, in addition to the number of sustainable initiatives the company is undertaking throughout their expansion works, ensuring that they remain one of the greenest companies throughout their operations.

We have also spoken with the Director of BIM at Building Research Establishment Paul Oakley surrounding BIM processes which have yet to be standardised, but have provided a number of challenges since the UK’s decision to implement the BIM Level 2 mandate as a minimum requirement for construction companies back in 2016.

Also take a look at our top 10 smart cities, which will continue to indluence the construction industry in years to come.

We sincerely hope you enjoy the issue, and as always, please tweet your feedback to @ConstructionGL
